My initial passion for human rights led me to pursue law, but I became disheartened by the realities of the justice system. I then transitioned to corporate law. The highly competitive nature of this field plunged me into a period of intense introspection, constantly questioning how to excel and succeed while remaining true to myself. I felt like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole in the corporate world, and the strain of this misalignment inevitably led to burnout, anxiety, and decline in my self-esteem. I felt a strong need to prioritise my well-being and this led me to seek healing and explore various modalities, including working with healers, coaches, and therapists.
I found Tony Robbins and qualified as a Robbins-Madanes certified coach integrating learnings from transpersonal therapy and Caroline Myss’ archetypes. I also met my husband, a fellow Peak States trauma therapist, who introduced me to this transformative system, and it was through Peak States that I experienced true healing and integration, going beyond simply understanding my trauma on an intellectual level. While my healing journey has allowed me to successfully sustain a career in the corporate world (which I began to enjoy!), it reignited my desire to support others. I realized that a career in therapy would allow me to align my profession with my deepest values and fulfil a fundamental need to contribute meaningfully to the world around me.
Whatever challenges you’re dealing with or working through, I would love to help you using Peak States therapy. Whether you want to work through negative beliefs or patterns; heal from a traumatic experience or broken relationship; repair your relationships; rebuild your self-esteem; overcome anxiety; uncover and heal from past trauma; navigate a spiritual crises or life transition; or recover your life’s purpose, I can and will support you.
My approach is compassionate and results-oriented and I have quite a few tools in my therapy tool box which I’m sure I can use to help!
